YK1780 is a dedicated lining fabric code developed by Yakyo Bemberg for the main body of suits and overcoats. Woven from 100% Bemberg fiber, it has a warp density of 142 ends/inch and weft density of 89 picks/inch. With higher density than ordinary general-purpose linings, it is more suitable for main body areas subject to extensive movement and frequent friction.
It adopts a mixed warp and weft yarn count of 75/100D. This combination of yarn thickness delivers both fabric structure and softness. The fabric weighs approximately 91g/m², substantial and crisp without appearing bulky. The twill weave features a full texture, presenting a delicate soft luster under light. Its 137cm wide width facilitates pattern layout for overcoat patterns, reducing material wastage and boasting high practicality.
Overall, YK1780 achieves an optimal balance among density, durability and crispness. It is a stable, reliable option for premium overcoat lining applications.
